Stage-ervaringen van Marion Le Tumelin 

During my agronomy studies at Campus de Pouillé in Angers, I had the chance to choose a farm for my internship of 4 weeks. 
So, I searched a farm with many crops and who use precision agriculture.  I decide to choose the farm Van den Borne Aardappelen because, it’s a big farm, with an important potatoes production and I wanted to learn more about this and the precision agriculture. 

During this internship I was able to carry out manual weeding on parsnip and onions, participate at the irrigation. Also, I was able to participate at the measurements with Dieter, Jacob and Stijn in the potatoes. 
The irrigation and the measurements were very interesting because I didn’t know that. 
Firstly, I would like to thank all of the team for the very good welcome and also, I would like to thank Pjotr for making me discover irrigation, Dieter and Jacob for the explications about the farm and the measurements. 

I would recommend this farm to anyone who want to learn about precision agriculture, potatoes production and agricultural machinery.
